Simple Add-on Receipe - Mushroom Soup

Sometimes we can make the canned mushroom soup more delicious with some add-on. I do love mushroom lots; all kind of mushroom is also my favorite as well (except poisonous mushroom). So, what else we need besides a canned of Campbell mushroom soup? We need some fresh mushroom like golden mushroom, oyster mushroom and the flower mushroom (black color), crabmeat, sliced of cheese and low fat milk (optional). It’s very simple to cook soup, just the matter of the preparation only.
Wash all kind of mushroom thoroughly and rinse off the water. Then, cut the oyster mushroom and flower mushroom into small square pieces. For golden mushroom and crabmeat, just cut it into halved. Mix all the cutting ingredients into the pot with mushroom soup together and boiled it. Cheese and milk portion is optional for individual. If you are fancy with cheese and creamy soup, then you can put in some shredder cheese and pour in some milk into the half boiled soup. Then. stir the mushroom soup until the soup is boiled.

Simple Homade Receipe - Steam Egg with Tofu

The above is the ingredient that needed for steam egg with Japanese tofu. (Served for 2 ~ 3 persons)
# 1 tube Japanese Tofu (Mashed it thoroughly)
# 3 eggs (Add in some soy sauce and just slightly beaten the eggs as fasten beaten the eggs will create those unlikable bubble)
# 3 ~ 4 mushrooms (Chopped it into small square pieces. Then add in some soy sauce and mix it equally)
# 2 crabmeats (You may cut it into halved or sliced it)
# Few golden mushroom
# Black fungus

Beaten the egg & add in approximately half cup of water (of course you can add in clear chicken soup instead of water for a better taste), if there is bubble on the top then you need to take off the bubble first. Then, put in the mashed Japanese tofu and mix it well with beaten egg. Follow by putting in the chopped mushroom, crabmeat, black fungus and golden mushroom. Lastly, mixed in well and then steam it for about 6~9 minutes.

SPA is good for Health

Nowadays, SPA is no longer defined as beauty therapies but is functional as healing and nourishing our body and mind simultaneously. SPA is having a significant changed in today’s modern world. As from my observation, my colleagues or friends will visits to the SPA centre maybe weekly or twice in a month. Feedback from them that the major reason they willing to pay to visit the SPA is for stress relief, pampering themselves after a tiredness day, reducing ageing and detoxifying their body.

If you are having a proper SPA treatment, you will directly obtain those benefits as below. SPA could enhance our body’s energy flow and flexibility. It’s help in blood circulation which will lead to reducing high blood pressure and hypertension symptom. Of course, relaxation SPA also reducing the effects of ageing and soothing tired muscles especially for those who having ergonomic problem. Besides, detoxifying the body and stimulating circulation, Spa also helps in reducing insomnia, migraines and headaches.

Tips for a Luxury Home SPA:
Tidy Up your bathroom and clean the bathtub thoroughly (if you have bathtub). For more indulgence, you may put in some rose petals in your bathtub.

Yet, the most vital thing for home SPA is Privacy. So, ensure that you have at least 1 ½ hours of uninterrupted time just for you. In addition, you might wish to have some Relaxing Music in your bathroom. Choose the right calming melodies can eliminate your stress. Of course, it is not difficult to play music in bathroom nowadays as you can use those portable devices such as IPod or hand phone walkman.

Next, try to Lighting the bathroom with scented or unscented candle which will create a very soothing mood.

Now we need to prepare the Bath Products which also play a vital role for home SPA. You can prepare bath oils / shower gel, bath salt / body scrub and skin moisturizing oils / cream, and preferable is Lavender scent. As Lavender scent is works as a very good aromatherapy which will calming your body and mind.

At the same time, you could have some Beauty Treatment for hair and face as well. Apply the conditioning or intensive shine mask treatment for your hair and put on a hydrating or purifying mask on your face. When you are ready to get out from the bathtub, you can exfoliate your whole body with Body Scrub and Bath Accessories that will help remove dead skin cells and leave your skin softener and smoother.

By the way, lately I am using the African SPA salt scrub from body shop and I feel that this scrub is totally different with other scrub products. Now, my skin becomes fairer and smoother. Yet, the most vital part of this salt scrub is it is also works for detoxifying. From my friend experience, he told me that his old scar also like lighten after two weeks he apply the salt scrub. The “Africa SPA Salt Scrub” cost for RM112, but if you buy it when promotion period you could entitled for a 10% + 10% discount.

After a luxury bathtub treatment, you can apply a moisturizing cream to your body. Maybe many of you might complain that the moisturized cream is oily and sticky, as I also have the same experienced before.

Yet, after I tried this Africa SPA Rich Body Balm, the previous thought of moisturized cream is sticky no longer exist in my mind. After applying the body balm, it is easily absorbed by my skin and the vital is that I won’t feel anymore oily and sticky. The “Africa SPA Rich Body Balm” cost for RM66, but if you buy it when promotion period you could entitled for a 10% + 10% discount.

Lastly, you can also include a massage at home SPA treatment. Of course, that will be great if your partner willing to provide you a body massage. If not, you still can use a self-massager / massage roller to massage your body.

When massage, you can apply the relaxing Lavender massage oil over your body. This massage oil is non-oily at all and the Lavender scent easily absorbs into your body that makes you more calming and you might fall asleep.

Season Restaurant at Jelutong Express Highway

This is my first time dines in at Season Restaurant, and I think will be my last time as well. This restaurant is really a “money sucker” and the price rate there is quite high. We have ordered bean curd with crabmeat & slices mushroom (RM20), vegetables (RM18), prawn (RM60), fried egg with onion & mushroom (RM18), chicken & duck platter (RM40) and clay pot with fish maw, sea cucumber, slice sea asparagus & pacific clams (RM60). The 10 pieces of prawn already cost us for RM50 per plate, a small piece of prawn cost for RM5. Even the most easy cook fried egg also cost for RM18, the fried egg only mixed with sliced onions, chilies & mushroom. Anyway, the only dish that is more worth than the prawn would be the mixed seafood clay pot. As at least the clay pot have fish maw, sea cucumber, slices sea asparagus & pacific clams, and this cost for RM60. Guess how much is the plain rice cost for? At most we paid for RM1 in restaurant, but this Season Restaurant cost plain rice for RM1.50. Anyway, I would rather dine in at Four Season Restaurant as the food presentation & quality of food are not bad, at least the price range is lower than Season Restaurant.

Deal or No Deal Live in Queensbay Mall (DOND)

While I was window shopping in Queensbay Mall, the program show that held in the stage caught my attention and my curiosity urge me to go and look around. Wow… there is lots of people crowded there, thus I have to squeeze myself and find a right spot. There is two MC asking question to the audience and giving away gift set to those who able to answer the question. Cool! I recognize the female MC is from the “Yummy Trail” show. She is really cute. Luckily I have captured few of her photo and video as well. Anyway, it’s quite surprising me when I saw Deal or No Deal (Chinese version) live in Quessnsbay Mall. Yes, this is really live as they selected three people to compete to answer the questions they asked. Well, the questions are very easy as I am a big fan of “Deal or No Deal” show. The second question to the contestant is “What is the program show name (English version)”? The young girl seems to be squeezing her brain hardly to think of the answer. Guess what will she answer? Her answer is “One in a Million”. Oh gosh! The correct answer should be “Deal or No Deal”. Anyway, I am respecting those contestants as they are brave enough to stand on the stage.

Ajisen Restaurant at Gurney Plaza

So far I have already been to Ajisen few times, and mostly I like to order “Tomato Ramen” as it is categorized as healthy food in their menu. Anyway, the main reason I like “Tomato Ramen” is because of the combination of tomato, mushroom, cabbage and chicken does make up a balancing meal. The ramen served is quite big bowl as well; thus normally it is hardly for me to finish it even if I am starving. During this visit to Ajisen, I plan to try out other type of ramen. So after look at the menu for several times, finally I ordered the “Cray Fish Ramen”, “Chicken Teriyaki Ramen” and side dishes. “Cray Fish Ramen” is cost for RM16.50, and I feel that the soup base for “Cray Fish Ramen” & “Tomato Ramen” is the same. “Chicken Teriyaki Ramen” is type of dry ramen, with some seaweed, teriyaki chicken, halved of egg & cabbage. This ramen cost for RM13.50. The side dishes that cost for RM15.80 is a combination of scallop, dry curry prawn (3pcs) & crispy chicken. The scallops are quite fresh and the taste is great. For the dry curry prawn, personally I think it is not spicy enough. It would be great if we are allowed to choose the level of spicy. Lastly, I think the chicken is average only as there is nothing special beside crispy.
