Simple Homade Receipe - Wholemeal Tortilla with Bacon, Ham & Cheese

Today I have made a simple lunch for my family, that is Wholemeal Tortila with Bacon, Ham & Cheese.

First, you have to prepare the ingredients as below.
250g White Button Mushroom

Cut vegetables (lettuce, celery, carrot and tomatoes)


Bacon


Baked Honey Ham


Wholemeal Tortilla (5pcs)


Grill the white button mushrooms with butter.


Add in some salt into the cooked white button mushroom and mix it well.


Now you can start grill bacon with butter.
Flip over the bacon and done when the bacon become brownies.


You also can top up cheese on the baked honey ham and grill it until the cheese is melted.


Then, heat up the wholemeal tortilla with butter.


Flip over the tortilla and grill until it's crispy and brownies.


Place the baked honey ham on top of the wholemeal tortilla. Follow by mushroom and tomatoes.


Add on celery and lettuce. Lastly, spread some thousand island on the vegetables.


Then, twisted it as below and served it while hot.


Do it the same method for bacon as well and served it while hot.

Simple Homade Receipe - Grilled Honey Chicken with Cheese

Ingredients:

1 Onion

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon honey

Boneless Chicken

Sliced Cheese


Seasoning:

Add 3 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon corn flour into the chicken & mix it well. After that, leave it in the fridge for 30minutes.



After 30 minutes, you can take out the marinated chicken. Add in 1 tablespoon honey into the marinated chicken and mix it well.
Put in 1 tablespoon butter into the pan & set for medium fire. Start grill the onion for 30 seconds when the butter is melted.
Then, you can slowly place the marinated chicken into the pan and grill the chicken until it become brownies. Lastly, you can put sliced cheese on top of the chicken. You can close the fire once the cheese is melted.
