While I was reading my email, this email really fully caught my attention. Yes, it's about Penang Prime Minister, Lim Guan Ying. I was more surprised is that TVB (Hong Kong) made a documentary on Lim Guan Eng. The below video clip can be found on youtube, yet is in chinese & cantonese version.
